Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
• Computer literate with Word/Excel and accounting software (e.g. SQL).
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling the full set of accounts and daily accounting tasks.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers and bank reconciliations.
• Assist in the monthly closing of accounts and preparation of financial reports.
• Support the preparation of recurring and ad-hoc financial analyses, including variance analysis and outlet performance reports.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.
• Perform other ad hoc duties and assignments as delegated by the superior.
