Job summary

CHOON HUAT SDN BHD is seeking a diligent accounts administrator in Malaysia to handle data entry and maintain precise records for receivables and payables. You will process invoices, orders and production entries and support inventory, HR duties, and payments under Finance Director supervision.

The role requires a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, strong Excel/Word skills, and knowledge of accounting software as an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of accounting software is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and maintain proper records of accounts receivables and payables.
• Process invoices, customer orders, production entries and assist with inventory control and HR duties.
• Prepare and review all payments by cheque, bank transfers and other means before approval by Finance Director.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and government authorities.
• Assist in bank reconciliations and management accounts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
