Job summary

Jetaine Corporation Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Finance and Accounts Manager to oversee daily accounting functions and financial planning in Subang Jaya. You will manage AP/AR, GL, and bank reconciliations while supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow projections.

The role requires 3+ years of full-set accounts experience, independence, and Mandarin proficiency for client communication. Proficiency in Excel and accounting software is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or professional accounting certification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA).
• Minimum 3 years of full-set accounts experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Able to handle full set of accounts independently.
• Strong team player with initiative and minimal supervision.
• Mandarin proficiency preferred for communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily transactions (AP/AR, GL, bank reconciliation).
• Assist with budgeting, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Support month-end and year-end closing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, bankers, and government authorities.
