Jayfen Health (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Finance & Account Assistant to join our team in Klang District, Selangor. The role supports daily accounting operations, documentation management, and month-end closing activities to ensure smooth financial processes.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of generalist accounting experience, proficiency in MS Office, and strong teamwork with Mandarin fluency as a priority.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a generalist accounting role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Mandarin language proficiency required (primary) and English/Malay awareness

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily accounting operations and documentation management.
• Classify, collect, verify and record financial documents including invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, contracts, etc.
• Prepare payment listing and assist in processing online banking payments.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) entries and follow-up when required.
• Assist in data entry and preparation of accounting vouchers with accuracy and timeliness.
• Support month-end closing activities, including reconciling accounts and preparing required schedules.
• Perform other ad-hoc accounting tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.

About the role

Jayfen Health (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Finance & Account Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position based in Klang District, Selangor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our overall finance & account functions, ensuring the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Assist in daily accounting operations and documentation management.
2. Classify, collect, verify and record financial documents including invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, contracts, etc.
3. Prepare payment listing and assist in processing online banking payments.
4. Handle Accounts Payable (AP) entries and follow-up when required.
5. Assist in data entry and preparation of accounting vouchers with accuracy and timeliness.
6. Support month-end closing activities, including reconciling accounts and preparing required schedules.
7. Perform other ad-hoc accounting tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a generalist accounting role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Well verse both written and speak in Mandarin (as priority), English and Malaysia
• LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT: Fluent IN MANDARIN : MUST. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
