Job summary

Perabot Liang Ranau Sdn Bhd in Keningau, Sabah seeks an Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting tasks in a full-time role. You will handle AR/AP, payroll processing, and ensure data integrity while supporting budgeting and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
• Experience with accounting software such as MYOB, Xero or AutoCount.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, payments and reconciliations.

• Prepare and process payroll in compliance with laws.
• Maintain robust accounting controls and data integrity.
• Assist in financial statements, budgets, and P&L reports.
• Provide admin support to operations and collaborate with teams.
