Job summary

Keisha Marine Services Sdn Bhd in Port Klang seeks a dedicated Accounts Executive to join its Finance Department and manage day-to-day accounting tasks.

You will handle bookkeeping, monthly management accounts, balance sheets, and payroll-related activities while ensuring compliance with local tax and accounting standards. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience and a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, with strong English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant working experience in a similar accounting role.
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting; Professional qualifications are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate daily transactions, ledgers, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly management accounts, balance sheets and profit-and-loss statements.
• Reconciliation: Perform regular bank, e-invoice, cash and vendor account reconciliations.
• Compliance & Audits: Support internal and external audits and ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, local tax and accounting standards.
• Records: Ensure proper filing and documentation of all accounting records.
• Cash Flow: Monitor cash positions and assist in cost-control strategies.
• Others: Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our Finance Department and support the day-to-day finance and accounting operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate daily transactions, ledgers, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly management accounts, balance sheets and profit-and-loss statements.
• Reconciliation: Perform regular bank, e-invoice, cash and vendor account reconciliations.
• Compliance & Audits: Support internal and external audits and ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, local tax and accounting standards.

Requirements
