Job summary

In.D Solution, a Malaysia based company incorporated for equipments manufacturing which is dedicated to Semicon backend front of line operations, is seeking an Accounts Executive. The role involves counter checking purchase invoices for Non-Trade vendors, preparing payment vouchers, and posting entries for petty cash and travel claims.

The successful candidate will also forecast expenses, update prepayment and salary schedules, prepare General Journal entries, and manage filing for non-trade

Responsibilities

• Counter check purchase invoice for Non-Trade vendor, without PO (Purchase Order) and precede posting
• Prepare payment voucher for Non-Trade vendor only
• Counter check medical, dental & miscellaneous expenses and travel claim for petty cash and precede posting
• Prepare payment voucher for petty cash & distribute to staffs
• Prepare forecast expenses
• Update prepayment & salary schedule
• Prepare General Journal
• Filing for Non-trade vendor & others documents
• Prepare Sales Debit Memo to HQ (Freight & Marine Cargo Bill Reimbursement) and payment on behalf
• Participate in stocktake
