Job summary

Hap Seng Consolidated Berhad in Kuala Lumpur seeks an Accounts Executive (Full set) for Group Finance. You will prepare supplier invoices, staff claims, intercompany billing and handle bank reconciliations, journal entries, and monthly reports.

The role requires a degree in accounting (ACCA/MIA progress advantageous), 1–2 years experience, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. Based at Menara Hap Seng, KL, with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• ACCA/MIA or progress toward professional certification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in accounting; fresh graduates considered.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Based at Menara Hap Seng, Jalan P. Ramlee KL.
• Knowledge of financial procedures and M3 system.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accounts coding for suppliers’ invoices, staff claims, fund transfers, and related billing.
• Issue e-invoices / intercompany billing for related transactions promptly.
• Prepare the monthly bank reconciliations and related balance analyses; generate payment proposals.
• Prepare journal entries and input data into M3.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, analysis, cashflow projections and quarterly reports.
• Assist in annual budget and audit schedules; support statutory audit preparations.
• Assist in tax matters including compliance, transfer pricing docs and stamp duty.
• Maintain proper filing and assist in ad-hoc assignments as required by superiors.
