Job summary

Hap Seng seeks an Accounts Executive (Full Set) to support the Group Finance function at Menara Hap Seng, Jalan P. Ramlee KL. You will handle supplier invoicing, intercompany billing, bank reconciliations, journal entries in M3, and monthly/quarterly reporting.

The role requires a accounting degree, and ACCA/MIA progress is a plus, with 1–2 years in accounting and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. Full-time in Kuala Lumpur with standard office hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Accounting or its equivalent.
• Professional qualification (ACCA/MIA) or progress towards certification is a plus.
• 1-2 years of accounting-related experience; fresh graduates considered.
• Good knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accounts coding for supplier invoices, staff claims, fund transfers and related billings.
• Issue e-invoices / intercompany billing for related transactions.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations for banks and balances; generate payment proposals.
• Enter journal entries into the M3 accounting system.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, analyses, cashflow projections and quarterly reports.
• Assist in annual budgeting and audit schedules; assist with statutory audits.
• Assist with tax compliance and related matters.
• Maintain orderly filing and assist with ad-hoc tasks as required.
