Job summary

ABI MOTORS SDN BHD Ipoh is seeking an Accounts Executive to handle the full set of company accounts and assist in monthly management reporting. The role requires diligence in meeting deadlines and effective coordination with auditors, bankers, and authorities.

Candidate must have a LCCI or Diploma in Accounting, be computer literate, possess at least 2 years of experience, and preferably experience with Autocount accounting software.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least LCCI/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must possess at least 2 years of working experience.
• Ability in operating Autocount accounting software will be an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills, responsible, hardworking and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of company accounts
• Prepare management accounts and all supporting schedules on monthly basis
• to assist in the daily accounting matter to meet required deadlines and to ensure all works is performed effectively and efficiently
• communicate and liaise with auditor, company secretary, bankers, customers and government authorities
• handle daily accounting transaction and monitor cash flow
• perform any other accounting/finance duties and responsibilities as and when necessary
