Job summary

Southern Score Sdn Bhd is seeking an Accounts Executive to maintain the full set of accounts for its active and dormant entities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

You will reconcile AR, AP and bank statements, process staff claims and invoicing, and monitor cash flow to support timely decision-making. Collaboration with clients, suppliers and auditors is essential, along with year-end audit and tax submissions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or Accountancy is required.
• 1–2 years of related experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full set accounts for active and dormant companies.
• Reconcile accounts receivable, payable and bank statements.
• Process staff expense claims, payments and invoicing/billings.
• Monitor and manage cash flow on an ongoing basis.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, consultants, company secretary, auditor and tax agent as needed.
• Assist in year-end audit and tax submissions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
