Job summary

SANTINO MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking an Accounts Executive to join our finance team in Malaysia. You will handle AP/AR, maintain ledgers, reconcile bank statements, assist with budgets and financial reports, and support the finance team in day-to-day accounting tasks.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant diploma or degree in Accounting/Finance, has at least 2 years of experience, and is proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Office. Works well independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in accounts or bookkeeping.
• Experience with accounting software and MS Office.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and processing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.
• Reconciling bank statements and ensuring data accuracy.
• Assisting with project and budget analysis.
• Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Providing support to the finance team in accounting tasks.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
• Collaborating with other departments to provide financial insights.
