Job summary

EC Excel Holdings Berhad is seeking an experienced finance professional to handle full sets of accounts and monthly management reporting. You will oversee treasury activities including cash flow, payments, and collections while liaising with auditors, tax agents, and authorities to ensure compliance with accounting standards.

The role requires a diploma or degree in finance/accountancy with 2–5 years’ experience, hands-on accounting software skills, and advanced Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• Possess a diploma in Finance and accounts or bachelor’s degree in finance/accountancy or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 - 5 years of working experience
• Hands-on experience with accounting software
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
• Good organizational and time-management abilities

Responsibilities

• To handle the preparation of full set of accounts.
• To handle the preparation of monthly management reports.
• To handle the treasury functions such as cash flow, payments, collections and etc.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, government agencies, and consultants for related accounts matters to ensure compliance in accounting standards, statutory filing requirements, and reporting in line with the Company’s policies and procedures.
• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
