Proven experience in brand management, commercial management or retail business management within the watch industry.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the overall brand strategy and commercial plans for the assigned watch portfolio in Malaysia.
Drive sales and profitability through retail, wholesale and distribution strategies.
Oversee brand positioning, campaigns and product launches in line with global guidelines.
Collaborate with retail, merchandising, marketing and operations to maximise performance.
Analyse market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Manage relationships with key retail partners and distributors.
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and business planning.
Monitor inventory and sell-through to optimise results.
Maintain strong relationships with boutiques to ensure consistent brand standards and client experience.
Lead and develop the team to foster a performance-driven culture.
