Job summary

UTOPIA CIRCLE SDN BHD is seeking an Accounts Executive for immediate hire in Bayu Perdana. You will handle day-to-day accounting functions in AP & AR, review AP, and provide SOA to customers on time.

You will monitor debtor accounts, ensure timely collections, and reconcile with bank statements. The role requires a Diploma or equivalent with 2–3 years’ SQL software experience, and good command of English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Day-to-day accounting functions in AP & AR.
• Review and manage accounts payable for accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage AR: invoicing and providing SOA to customers per timeline.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage Debtor Accounts; ensure timely collection of payments; resolve invoice disputes.
• Reconcile collections with Bank Statement; generate Debtors Aging Report; manage SST submissions.
• Perform other ad-hoc financial and administrative tasks as required by management.

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Ability to handle and manage day-to-day accounting functions in AP & AR
• Review and manage AP ensuring accurate and timely process
• To manage AR in process Invoices & provide SOA to customers per timeline and as required.
• Monitor and manage Debtor Accounts, ensuring timely collection of payments, and resolve Invoice disputes
• To reconcile collections with Bank Statement, generate Debtors Aging Report and manage SST submissions
• Perform other ad-hoc financial and administrative tasks as required by management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma or equivalent with 2-3 years’ experience in SQL software
• Able to converse in Chinese language and good command of both verbal and written English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, good computer literacy
• Meticulous and organise records for easy retrieval
• Fast learner, able to work independently with minimum supervision
