Job summary

ETERNATURE SDN. BHD. in Malaysia seeks an Account Executive to manage customer collections, billing, payments, and financial reconciliation. You will oversee accounting modules, fixed assets management, petty cash, and ensure accurate financial records in a timely manner.

The role requires a Diploma in Accounting, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and familiarity with Autocount is a plus. Based in Puncak Alam, the position is on-site with standard office hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of working experience in the related field.
• Experience in Autocount accounting system is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Follow-up customer collections and keep data up-to-date.
• Ensure accurate & timely billing: customer and Intercompany billing.
• Ensure all payments on time (monthly instalment / utilities / loan / credit card / income tax / etc.).
• Verify trade supplier invoices and ensure timely accounted and accurate payments.
• Balance sheet account analysis and bank reconciliation completed monthly.
• Close all account modules on time each month.
• Process fixed assets invoices and monthly depreciation per policy.
• Keep fixed assets register up-to-date.
• Take charge of petty cash: transactions up-to-date and secure.
• Undertake other ad-hoc duties as required.
