Stellar Corporate Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated Accounts Assistant to join our growing team in Malaysia. You will assist in preparing full sets of accounts for clients across various industries, perform data entry, bank reconciliations, and monthly closings, while supporting GST/SST compliance and client communications.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance with 1–2 years of relevant experience and familiarity with SQL Accounting, AutoCount, Xero, or

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Familiar with accounting software such as SQL Accounting, AutoCount, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of full sets of accounts for clients from various industries.
• Perform accounting data entry and ensure transactions are accurately recorded.
• Prepare bank reconciliations, accounts receivable and accounts payable schedules.
• Assist in preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Perform monthly closing and account reconciliation.
• Assist in GST/SST-related accounting support and compliance matters.
• Liaise with clients to obtain necessary accounting documents and clarification.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
• Support the team in ad-hoc accounting and administrative assignments.
