Job summary

CMA Management Sdn Bhd, based in Kuala Lumpur, is seeking an Accounting/Finance assistant with at least 1 year of relevant experience. You will handle daily accounting operations, maintain precise records, and assist in financial statement preparation under standard accounting practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is required; experience with AutoCount or SQL is a plus. Mandarin language preference applies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience (accounting experience preferred).
• LCCI, ACCA, Diploma, or Degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of effective time management.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as AutoCount or SQL will be an advantage.
• Mandarin speaking is preferred.
• Willing to work in Kepong and Jalan Ipoh area.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting operations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with accounting standards.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, management reports, and other required documentation.
• Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure timely collection and payment.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Perform general administrative and accounting-related duties to support smooth business operations.
