Jora Malaysia is seeking an accounting assistant to manage the full set of accounts, prepare invoices, and support monthly closing processes. You will ensure accurate records, SST compliance, and smooth day-to-day financial operations in a manufacturing environment.
Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in accounting, strong numerical skills, and proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office. Malaysia-based with full working rights and attention to detail is essential.

Managed the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
Prepared and submitted SST filings, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
Maintained accurate bookkeeping records and processed daily financial transactions.
Prepared customer invoices, delivery orders (DOs), and payment documents while supporting daily accounting operations.
Updated financial reports, accounting records, and ledger entries.
Performed general accounting, administrative, and clerical duties.
Handled correspondence with customers and suppliers via phone and email.
Assisted with month-end closing and other ad hoc accounting tasks.
Prefer: Malaysia-based candidate with full working rights and a strong understanding of manufacturing operations, processes, and workplace requirements.
Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or related administrative roles are preferred.
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
Familiarity with handling full set accounts and SST.
