Litrocom is seeking an accounting assistant to support key accounting functions in Malaysia. You will handle processing of invoices, credit notes, and debit notes for creditors and debtors, prepare payment vouchers, and compile BA/IF documents for bank submission.

You will assist in audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies while maintaining organized filing systems and supporting a timely close. The role requires basic accounting knowledge and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Formación

• Possess at least SPM/VEC/STPM/Diploma.
• Diploma in Accounting, Business Admin, or Finance preferred.
• Knowledge in basic accounting is an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Process Purchases Invoice, Credit Note, and Debit Note from Creditor.
• Process Sales Invoice, Credit Note, and Debit Note for Debtor.
• Prepare payment vouchers.
• Prepare BA and IF documents for submission to bank.
• Assist audits, fact checks, and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform additional assigned tasks as required.
