Job summary

Kimlun Sdn Bhd is recruiting an entry-level Accounts Payable/Finance Assistant to support daily accounting tasks in Johor Bahru. You will issue invoices, prepare letters to vendors and customers, and ensure accurate data entry into the accounting system.

The role requires a Diploma or equivalent in Finance/Accounting, with fresh graduates encouraged. Candidates should be trustworthy, motivated and proficient in Mandarin for client interactions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in finance/accounting or related field.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Willing to learn, trustworthy and self-motivated.
• Must be able to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Issue invoices and prepare letters to relevant parties.
• Data entry into the accounting system.
• Prepare reconciliation of accounts payables.
• Prepare payments for accounts payable.
• Maintain systematic filing of day-to-day accounting transactions.
• Liaise with third-party providers, clients and suppliers.
