Job summary

Shin-Yo Engineering Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur seeks a junior accountant to perform daily accounting tasks, data entry, invoicing, payments, and document management. You will prepare and maintain financial records and reports, supporting management with ad hoc analyses as needed.

Fresh graduates are welcome; a minimum certificate in accounting is required. Multilingual ability in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is highly valued for client communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate in Accounting or basic accounting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting functions, including data entry, issuing invoices, processing payments, and other accounting-related tasks.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain accounting documents, files, records, and reports.
• Assist with ad hoc assignments and analyses as requested by Management from time to time.
