HSS Advisory Sdn Bhd is looking for an Account Assistant to support a range of accounting tasks for clients across diverse industries, providing exposure to different business operations. You will work under the guidance of senior staff to assist in financial reporting and reconciliations.

The role includes assisting with management accounts and analyses, liaising with clients, auditors, tax agents, secretaries, and authorities to ensure smooth communication and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Assist in handling a broad range of accounting functions for clients from various industries, gaining exposure to different business operations.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and perform bank reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of management accounts and financial analyses under the guidance of senior staff.
• Liaise with clients, auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth communication and compliance with regulations.
• Carry out any-hoc duties or projects assigned by supervisors from time to time.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day accounting tasks across clients.
• Assist in compiling and presenting financial reports for management.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of records.
