Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to process and verify vendor invoices, ensure accurate data entry in the accounting system, and reconcile supplier statements. The role involves checking invoices against POs and DOs, preparing payment vouchers, and assisting in payment processing.

Candidates should have a minimum SPM qualification, basic accounting knowledge, and proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities
