• Manage payroll checks, sales commissions and staff allowances.
• Handle AR and AP processes.
• Prepare invoices, credit/debit notes and payments.
• Maintain filing of accounting and HR documents.
• AR for third parties and associates.
• Additional ad-hoc tasks as required.

Handle HR matters, including preparation of appointment letters and employment contracts, LHDN submissions, and employee-related issues

Manage payroll-related checking, sales commission and staff allowances

Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)

Prepare invoices, credit notes, debit notes and payment transactions

Maintain proper filing of accounting and HR documents

Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) for third parties and associates

Any other ad-hoc assignments

About you
