Job summary

Integrated Modern Environmental Control in Penang is seeking a detail‑oriented accounting professional to manage the full set of accounts and deliver timely financial statements. You will prepare monthly management accounts, ensure SST/tax compliance, handle invoicing and collections, and support budgeting and cash flow monitoring.

Collaboration with auditors and the company secretary is required to ensure clean audit trails.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience handling full set of accounts up to financial statements.
• Knowledge of SST and Malaysian tax codes.

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Ensure compliance with SST/tax filing requirements and liaise with tax agents/auditors
• Manage invoicing, payment processing, and collections
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring
• Ensure proper documentation and filing for audit purposes
• Liaise with LHDN, auditors, and company secretary as required

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience, handling full set of accounts
• Knowledgeable in Malaysian tax codes (SST, withholding tax, income tax filing)
• Proficient in accounting software (AutoCount) and MS Excel
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet reporting deadlines
