Job summary

Ironway Resources is seeking a responsible Accounts Assistant to support day-to-day accounting operations in Malaysia using an ERP system. The role covers handling invoices, AP/AR transactions, and monthly payment reporting, with close collaboration with customers, suppliers, auditors, and government agencies.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field, has 2–3 years of relevant experience, and demonstrates attention to detail, independence, and strong

• Familiarity with E-invoice and SST for Construction Field is preferred.

• Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions
• Prepare monthly payment reports and other supporting documents when necessary
• Generate customer outstanding report and follow up payment
• Perform accounting data entry and maintain accurate records
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, auditors and government agencies when required
• Support other ad hoc account and administrative duties assigned by management

About you
