Job summary

HENG HUAT FOOD MARKETING SDN. BHD. invites applications for a detail-oriented accounting role in Batu Pahat, Johor.

You will verify financial documents, prepare accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger entries, and assist with audits. Responsibilities include liaising with suppliers, clients and government departments, preparing payroll data, understanding e-Invoicing, and ensuring compliance with statutory laws and financial regulations.

Qualifications

• At least two years of relevant work experience.
• Diploma in accounting or related field required.
• Fluent in Mandarin and Malay with ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Verify and prepare financial documents; handle accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger entries.
• Coordinate and support audits and liaise with external parties (suppliers, clients, government departments, auditors, tax, etc.).
• Prepare payroll data and maintain leave records.
• Be aware of e-Invoicing implementation and ensure compliance with statutory laws and financial regulations.

Handle and maintain accounts include AP, AR and GL (no full set required)
