Job summary

MICRO ELECTRONIC in Brickfields, Kuala Lumpur, is looking for a dedicated Accounts cum Admin professional for a full-time permanent role. You will manage administrative tasks while handling accounts payable/receivable, maintaining financial records, and supporting financial statements.

SQL accounting system experience is a plus. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and within a team in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts administration or a similar administrative support role
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Formal qualification in accounting, business administration or related field would be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Managing general administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, filing and document organization
• Handling accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment recording
• Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the preparation of financial statements
• Processing and reconciling expense claims and purchase requisitions
• Managing office supplies inventory and liaising with vendors
