Huat Siang Hardware Sdn Bhd is seeking an Admin / Accounts Executive to support daily administrative and accounting operations in Malaysia. You will manage filing, invoicing, payroll support, and coordination with auditors and suppliers.

The ideal candidate possesses a diploma/degree in accounting or related field, 1–3 years of experience, and strong Excel skills. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for growth in a stable company with 30+ years of industry presence.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounts / administration preferred.
• Fresh graduates with a strong learning attitude are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping; proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative tasks including filing, documentation, data entry, and office coordination.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable; follow up on outstanding payments.
