Advance Retro Solution Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia invites applications for a Senior Account & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and administrative duties within a growing engineering solutions company that serves the academic sector.

You will help keep financial operations accurate and ensure compliance with local requirements. The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Accounting/Finance, at least five years of relevant experience, and proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin,

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Banking/LCCI with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin for supplier and stakeholder communication.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting including cash book, fixed assets, and accounts payable.
• Process financial documents: purchase orders, invoices, credit notes, quotations, payments, receipts, pre-approvals.
• Deliver timely weekly and monthly financial reports and ad hoc analyses.
