The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance and at least 2 years of ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in GL, AP, and/or AR roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills for working with vendors, customers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• GL: Maintain and reconcile the general ledger.
• GL: Prepare journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• GL: Assist in month-end and year-end closing.
• AP: Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring timely payments.
• AP: Reconcile AP ledgers and resolve discrepancies.
• AP: Monitor payment schedules and ensure policy compliance.
• AR: Generate and issue customer invoices; monitor incoming payments; maintain AR records; resolve billing disputes.
