Job summary

Globall Hardware & Machinery Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru is recruiting an accounting/administration staff to manage daily accounting records, filing and payments, bank transactions, and monthly ageing reports.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience, familiarity with SQL accounting software, and be proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage. Working hours are Mon-Fri, with benefits and opportunities for promotion.

Qualifications

• SQL on hand experience preferred.
• At least 2 years of working experience.
• Must be able to speak, read and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin preferable.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting work including maintaining records, filing and payments.
• Administer all bank account transactions.
• Submit management reports by deadlines.
• Update monthly ageing report.
• Assist supervisor as required.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as needed.
• Handle day-to-day accounting records and filing.
• Manage cash, petty cash, deposits and cheque issuance.
