Job summary

BE LOGISTICS SDN BHD is looking for an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting tasks in its Johor operation. The role involves data entry, financial accounting, cash management, and supporting monthly closings with accuracy and timeliness.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy and at least 2 years of accounting experience, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accountancy or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.

• Able to handle confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations and data entry.
• Manage monthly closings, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports (P&L, balance sheet).
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and statutory bodies.
• Assist in identifying operational issues and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
