Job summary

EOSTRE SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking an Account Assistant to assist in preparing full sets of accounts and generate customized financial reports using accounting software. You will support MS Office and accounting software like QuickBooks and SQL Accounting, perform monthly aging reconciliation and analysis, and help with management report submissions by deadlines.

Responsibilities include updating aging reports, handling day-to-day accounting records and filing, and providing tax/audit support

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting & Finance required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
• Able to work with accounting software and MS Office.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing full sets of accounts and generate customized financial reports using accounting software.
• Support the use of Microsoft Office applications and accounting software like QuickBooks and SQL Accounting.
• Assist in performing monthly aging reconciliation, monthly analysis, and daily collection tracking.
• Help with the preparation and submission of management reports as per deadlines.
• Assist in updating monthly aging reports.
• Provide support in handling tax and audit matters under supervision.
• Assist superiors with tasks as required.
• Perform other ad-hoc assignments as and when needed.
• Handle the day-to-day operations of accounting records and filing.
