Job summary

CHM MOTORCYCLE SDN BHD is seeking an Account Executive based in Masai, Johor, to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support financial reporting and compliance activities. You will handle AP/AR, prepare invoices and vouchers, and perform bank reconciliations.

The role requires a diploma or degree in accounting or finance, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with accounting software. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of accounting software is beneficial.
• Detail-oriented and organised.
• Familiar with EPF/SOCSO/EIS compliance.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations and maintain records.
• Handle AP and AR.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts and other documents.
• Perform bank reconciliation and verify transactions.
• Assist in preparing monthly accounts and reports.
• Maintain filing and documentation of accounting records.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and other relevant parties when required.
