Envision Digital Technologies is seeking an Accounting Executive for end-to-end AR & AP, ensuring timely invoicing and vendor payments. You’ll manage multi-currency transactions, maintain ledgers, and collaborate with the Senior Accountant for accuracy and timeliness.

The role offers hybrid work with office in Bangsar South and home days, supporting a modern finance operation in a tech-driven company.

Formación

• A diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of accounting experience with AR and AP exposure.
• Experience reconciling multi-currency transactions and meeting deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Run AR: generate invoices, monitor aging, track payments and reconcile receipts.
• Run AP: verify vendor invoices, process payments and update ledgers.
• Maintain journals, classifications, and currency mapping for cross-border transactions.
• Collaborate with Senior Accountant to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Accounting Executive (AR & AP) – Finance Operations

Run the full cash cycle, from invoice to payment

Do you like being the person who keeps the money moving and the numbers right?

At Envision Digital Technologies, we run OpenAPI, a platform that handles cross-border transactions in multiple currencies, across FOREX, for clients and partners around the world. Behind every transaction is a finance cycle that has to be precise and on time. That cycle will be yours.

As our Accounting Executive, you’ll run both receivables (AR) and payables (AP) end to end: pulling the data, issuing invoices, collecting payments and preparing vendor payments. A Senior Accountant reviews your work before anything is released, so you can work independently and still have a strong safety net.

What you’ll do

Getting paid (AR)

Pull the monthly platform data and our clients’ agreed rates, then generate and send client invoices by the 5th of each month

Understand the numbers behind each invoice. Clients pay us a share of the gross revenue (GGR) generated through the platform, at an agreed rate (PT%), converted at the agreed exchange rates

Keep the receivables ledger and aging report up to date

Match incoming payments to open invoices, including split, partial and bundled payments

Chase overdue clients and escape non-payment, with a clear record of what was chased and when

Set up finance details for new clients

Track client payment, promotions, rebates and discounts

Calculate referral partner and business development commissions

Paying out (AP)

Check vendor invoices against our data and flag any differences

Prepare vendor payment batches (vendor, amount, currency) with the cash position behind each one

Record payment details and dates in the payables ledger and close bills as paid

Set up rates and currency classification for new and existing vendors

Prepare referral partner payouts

Deliver to a fixed monthly calendar: client invoices by the 5th, vendor invoices by the 15th, books closed by month-end

Who you are

A diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance

3+ years of accounting experience with hands-on AR and AP (one can be stronger than the other)

Experience reconciling multi-currency transactions

Proven ability to hit monthly deadlines without someone checking in every day

Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (SUMIFS, XLOOKUP, pivot tables, large data exports)

Someone who checks their own work before handing it over, and speaks up when something looks wrong, even if it isn’t your task

Finance-minded with a good feel for technology, and sharp with numbers

A plus if you have

Experience in payments, fintech or revenue-share billing

Zoho Books and basic SQL

Hybrid work. Work from home on Mondays and Fridays; in the office in Bangsar South Tuesday to Thursday, 9am - 6pm
