Fresh graduates are welcome. Diploma holders with accuracy, teamwork, and a proactive mindset will thrive; proficiency with SQL Accounting Software is a plus, with comprehensive training provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting/Finance or related field is preferred.
• 1 year of accounting/bookkeeping experience is preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
• Proficient in accounting software, e.g., SQL Accounting Software.
• Good communication and teamwork skills are required.
• Self-motivated with keen interest in accounting and finance.

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts for multiple clients.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Perform data entry, document management, and general admin tasks.
• Communicate with clients to resolve accounting-related queries.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
• Support the team with ad-hoc accounting and finance tasks.
