A&S Corporate Solutions is seeking an entry-level Account Assistant in Subang Bestari, Shah Alam. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and includes comprehensive training to launch a career in accounting and finance.

You will assist with bookkeeping, data entry, AP/AR, reconciliations, and basic tax filing, while learning accounting software and maintaining accurate records in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply; no prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping support: daily data entry and recording of financial transactions.
• AP & AR: process basic invoices, monitor receipts, assist with payment schedules.
• Reconciliations: help prepare bank reconciliations and cross-check supplier/customer statements.
• Filing & Admin: organize and maintain financial documents, receipts, vouchers.
• Team assistance: support senior team with month-end closing and basic tax filing preparation.
