Job summary

Mass Ters Sdn Bhd in Selangor is seeking an entry-level Accounting/Finance assistant. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and will support account management, bookkeeping, and documentation processes.

You will handle financial record-keeping, assist in preparing financial statements, and help with tax filing while communicating with clients in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. On-site work at our Pulau Indah facility is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Entry-level position; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in account management, documentation management, and administration management.
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (written and verbal).
• Ability to manage and maintain accurate financial records.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to work onsite at Jalan Perigi Nanas 8/9, Taman Perindustrian Pulau Indah, 42920 Pelabuhan Klang, Selangor, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all accounting and tax-related matters.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring timely and accurate submission to relevant authorities.
• Conduct regular bookkeeping activities, including data entry, reconciliation, and general ledger maintenance.
• Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including managing documentation and maintaining organized filing systems.
• Communicate effectively with clients in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to address inquiries and provide updates on their accounts.
