Job summary

Hartamas Real Estate Sdn Bhd is seeking an Accounts Executive to handle full-set management accounts, bank reconciliations, and processing of payments and documentation. The role requires strong accounting knowledge and meticulous attention to detail, with Mandarin proficiency considered an advantage.

You will maintain financial reports and filing systems, monitor tax compliance, and support ad-hoc assignments as required. Related diploma and minimum 3 years’ experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting / LCCI or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Independent, self-driven, and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes.
• Knowledge of taxation is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle and prepare full set management accounts
• Prepare accurate bank reconciliations
• Process and monitor payments and documentation, including invoices, journal vouchers, reimbursements, and statements.
• Maintain proper financial reports and filing systems.
• Monitor routine tax compliance requirements to ensure timely submission.
• Support ad-hoc assignments as required.
