Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries, ledger accounts, and reconciliations.
• Compile and analyse financial data to produce timely and accurate financial statements and reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including accruals and prepayments.
• Support the preparation of financial reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and record accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Assist with the preparation of tax documentation and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Conduct account analysis and identify discrepancies or areas requiring investigation.
• Maintain organised financial documentation and filing systems.
• Communicate with clients and internal team members regarding financial matters and clarifications.
• Support audit activities by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

About the role

Key responsibilities
