Job summary

Wuhan FiberHome International (M) Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking an experienced finance support specialist to conduct document review, scanning and filing, and ensure compliance with internal controls.

You will handle monthly staff claims processing, AP voucher entries, bank reconciliations, and assist in customer statement reconciliation, while maintaining orderly electronic and physical financial files.

Responsibilities

• Document Review, Scanning & Filing: Verify authenticity and completeness of expense documents, vouchers and business papers; correct non-compliant documents; classify and archive valid financial documents.
• Monthly Staff claims Accounting Processing: Record and close monthly staff claims in accordance with Malaysian accounting standards and policies; ensure data accuracy.
• Monthly bank reconciliation: Reconcile all company bank statements with accounting records; identify discrepancies and prepare official statements.
• Customer Statement Reconciliation Assistance: Verify and reconcile customer account statements with billing.
• Financial File Management: Maintain electronic and physical files; support internal inspections and comply with local financial requirements.

Job description

Document Review, Scanning & Filing: Conduct compliance review, authenticity and completeness verification on employees’ expense documents, reimbursement vouchers and business documents, correct non-compliant documents in a timely manner. Complete standardized scanning, classification, filing and archiving of all valid financial documents.

Monthly Staff claims Accounting Processing: Handle monthly staff claims recording for the company’s Malaysia local business. Complete AP voucher entry, accounting adjustment in accordance with local Malaysian accounting standards and company financial policies, ensure the accuracy, authenticity and integrity of AP financial data, and finish monthly staff claims accounting closing on schedule.

Monthly bank reconciliation：Reconcile company’s all bank account statements with accounting records on a monthly basis, identify outstanding items and account discrepancies accurately, prepare official monthly bank reconciliation statements.

Customer Statement Reconciliation Assistance: Support the billing team to verify and reconcile customer account statements.

Financial File Management : Properly maintain electronic and physical financial files, support internal financial inspection and document retrieval. Comply with local financial compliance requirements, and complete other financial auxiliary tasks assigned by superiors.
