Job summary

SLB is seeking a diligent AP support candidate based in Malaysia to assist in invoice processing and compliance with SLB policies and local taxation.

You will liaise with suppliers, resolve mismatched invoices, and support month-end activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Accounts Payable (AP) department in invoice processing.
• Assist in compliance checking for invoices to SLB policies and local taxation and accounting.
• Check and resolve mismatched invoices for stakeholders/suppliers.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely receipt of invoices.
• Support month-end processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist Accounts Payable (AP) department in invoice processing.

• Check/work on the mismatched invoices of the stakeholders/suppliers.
• Liaise with the suppliers and stakeholders to ensure the invoices to be received in a timely manner.
• Supporting in the month end processes.

Background Requirements

• Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, or equivalent disciplines.
• Must possess excellent communication skills (both verbal and written English).
