Job summary

X1R Global Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Account Manager to join our growing team in Malaysia. You will manage and support assigned customer accounts, build strong relationships, and identify opportunities to grow the business.

Full product training and ongoing support are provided. With over two decades in the automotive aftermarket, you will work closely with authorised service centres and partners, traveling for customer visits as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field is required.
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in account management, sales, business development, customer relationship management or related role.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support assigned customer accounts, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities to grow the business.
• Assist with customer and service-centre training activities with the Training Manager.
• Provide coverage and support for customer accounts or territories when sales team members are unavailable.
• Accompany sales team on field visits to observe and ensure proper sales processes.
• Assist training Service Advisors on product knowledge, benefits, sales techniques and objection handling.
• Visit service centres to monitor stock levels, sales performance, and staff product knowledge.
• Ensure marketing promotions and product displays are implemented at customer locations.
• Coordinate stock requirements and collect customer orders to maintain inventory levels.
• Provide customer/market feedback to support sales and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor accounts receivable and ensure payments are collected within credit terms.
