iCar Asia (Powered by CARSOME) in Kuala Lumpur seeks an energetic dealer relations professional to engage automotive dealers, drive monetisation of products, and train partners in product usage. You will manage dealer inventories, build strong customer accounts, and pursue new business while reporting activities and maintaining listing quality.

You will regularly communicate market insights, coordinate with the listings team, and support monthly revenue goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Own transportation required for this job as there is daily client visitation required.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Required language(s): Malay and English; Conversational Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Engage all dealers in assigned areas.
To sell monetise product and other enhancement products.
Train and guide dealers on how to use the product.
To manage dealer inventory list to ensure updated and quality listings.
Build, revive and manage customer accounts, and acquisition of new customers.
Contact and follow up on any inconsistencies.
Furnish daily activity report inclusive of closed won/lost by territory and accounts.
Work actively towards monthly car listings and revenue targets.
Gather & analyse market intelligence from areas assigned.
Build and maintain excellent relationships with dealers.
Liaise with listings force team to ensure listings quality is achieved.
Ad-hoc tasks when required.
