Job summary

Asia Tents Arena Sdn Bhd, known as Asia Tents Manufacturing, designs and delivers memorable temporary environments across Asia. The Account Manager drives growth by developing key client accounts, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring successful project delivery that meets client expectations and targets.

You will serve as the primary contact for clients, coordinate with internal teams, and contribute to retention and revenue expansion while aligning with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, account management or business development.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and negotiations.
• Strong communicator with the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage existing clients within the Arena Asia portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution in collaboration with internal teams.
• Deliver projects with clear status visibility and resolve issues promptly.
• Develop new business opportunities, especially in non-event spaces.
• Track account performance and provide regular reporting.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor budgets, costs and profitability; ensure timely invoicing and cost control.
