Job summary

LAC Medical Supplies in Malaysia seeks a capable medical sales professional to help plan and execute territory strategies, build relationships with healthcare professionals and drive sales targets. You will coordinate in-service trainings and CME activities while supporting customers with orders, quotations and timely deliveries.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in medical sales or clinical background, a Bachelor’s degree, and a proactive learning mindset with familiarity in Radiology, Cath lab

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in sales or clinical medical background.
• Fresh graduates with interest in medical devices welcome.
• Proactive in learning and fast learner.
• Familiar with hospital settings, especially Radiology, Cath lab and OR.

Responsibilities

• Input and influence medical sales plans based on experience.
• Implement and execute action plans to achieve sales targets in assigned territories.
• Explore opportunities with healthcare professionals to expand reach.
• Drive territory planning aligned with brand strategy.
• Plan and execute trainings and CME with customers.
• Provide case support to healthcare professionals on service importance.
• Record case data to monitor market share trends and competitor activity.
• Respond to orders and queries; prepare quotations and tenders promptly.
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure timely product delivery and relationship building.

Able to provide input to medical sales plans based on experience. Implement and execute action plans to achieve sales target for assigned territories

Drive strategic approach align with brand strategy via territory business planning.

Plan and execute representative-led activities such as in-service training, and CME with customers

Able to provide case support to healthcare professionals to understand the importance of service and support.

Key-in database report from the case support usage to monitor the market share trend, also to understand the competitor’s market

Respond to customers orders and queries promptly. Able to prepare quotation/tender price, and delivery in timely manner.

Work with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products. Support internal stakeholders in relationship development with key customers.

Proactive teamwork abilities and effective communication skills.

B. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

Have an experience in sales / clinical medical background 1-2 years

Fresh graduates that have good interest in exploring in medical device industry are welcome.

Proactive in learning and fast learner is plus point

Familiar with hospital settings, especially in Radiology, Cath lab and Operating Theatre

Proactive teamwork abilities and effective communication skills
