Job summary

Trinergy Digital is seeking a proactive Client/Account Manager to liaise with clients, define project scope, deliverables and schedules, and nurture long-term relationships. You will contribute across all stages from origination to execution and review within our Digital Account Servicing team.

Key responsibilities include understanding briefs, tracking timelines, coordinating between clients and internal teams, supporting pitches, and maintaining strong commercial awareness while delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass communications, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience within client/account management role is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Meet and liaise with clients to understand project brief and requirements.
• Track project timeline to ensure work is delivered according to schedule.
• Facilitate all project requirements between clients and all internal teams, while ensuring relevant parties are kept abreast on key updates such as schedule and budget.
• Involve in preparation of pitch and creative proposals.

• Build strong rapport with clients to ensure long term business relationships.
• Continuous learning and developing of industry knowledge to establish areas of opportunity with potential clients.

Part of the Digital Account Servicing team responsible to provide end-to-end creative Digital Solutions to clients from wide-ranging industries.

About the Role

Your role involves liaising with client on, amongst others project scope, key deliverables and schedule; while building and maintaining strong client relationships. You will be contributing in all project stages from project origination through to project execution and review.
