Month-End & Year-End Closing: Manage financial closing activities within corporate timelines while ensuring accuracy and statutory compliance.
Full Set of Accounts: Handle full set accounting, including fixed assets, prepayments, and accruals, and resolve balance sheet variances.
Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate records.
Group Consolidation Support: Assist with compiling and organizing financial information for Group Financial Statement Consolidation.
Financial & Data Analysis: Analyze operational and transactional data to identify anomalies, trends, and financial variances.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal operational teams to align financial processes and business objectives.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
2–4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with hands-on exposure to month-end closing and bank reconciliation.
Experience in high-volume, real-time transaction environments with strict reconciliation and compliance requirements is an advantage.
Proficient in accounting systems such as SQL Account or AutoCount with strong Microsoft Excel skills. Knowledge of Power Query is an advantage.
Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, or data analytics tools such as Claude AI, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Xero AI, Dext, UiPath, or Power BI is a plus.
Strong written and spoken English. Mandarin communication skills are an advantage.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively to meet reporting deadlines.
